Outdoor Safety & Trail Navigation

Hiking and outdoor recreation involve inherent risks. Trail conditions, weather, and terrain can change rapidly. OnlyTrails provides navigation aids, topographic maps, and community notes as supplementary information. You are solely responsible for your own safety, preparation, navigation, and assessing route conditions.

User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the routes, markings, photos, and reviews you submit. By publishing content on OnlyTrails, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and share that content with other hikers on the platform.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to upload false trail data, disrupt services, scrape data without authorization, or engage in unlawful activities.
